Shipping and Delivery Information

We now offer regular shipping services, and all orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days (according to the Japanese calendar). Below is an overview of our shipping methods:

• Economy Shipping: Delivered by boat, with a typical delivery time of 1-2 months.
• Standard Air Parcel: Delivered via air, typically within 1-3 weeks.
• Express Shipping: For those who want their products faster, delivery is within 1 week.

Tracking is available for all shipping methods, so you can stay updated on the progress of your order.

At KIOKU, our mission is to support Japanese language learners with high-quality products. But we don’t plan to stop there! We’re expanding our offerings to include products made in collaboration with skilled Japanese artisans. These unique items will allow you to immerse yourself in Japanese craftsmanship while continuing your language journey.

To kick things off, we’re introducing KIRIBAKO (Paulownia wood boxes) made by our trusted partner. These beautifully crafted boxes are not only practical but also a symbol of Japan’s rich tradition of woodworking.
